Location and Movement information
By Downloading and Using any of our services, you consent to our automatic collection of data relating to your location via GPS Technology or other location services. You can withdraw your consent to our collection, processing or use of this information at any time by logging out and uninstalling the App from your Device. Unique Application Numbers We may receive information on the type of operating system, Unique Application number and installation information when you install or uninstall a Service containing a unique application number or when such a Service searches for automatic updates

Processing Of Your Personal Information
We use high end encryption technology to transmit customer data from their devices to our servers. Additional safeguards have been implemented to ensure safe data storage, tier level access control to access customer information plus constant update with the use of best in class technology to ensure customer information safety at all times. In the course of transmission of the data, we may need to the following: Personal information verification- To confirm as much as possible that the customer who has supplied the information is who he said he is without any further misrepresentation or posing as someone else for the purpose of obtaining a loan. To determine eligibility using various data footprints available to determine eligibility criteria including willingness and ability to pay. General account maintenance and customer account activity transmission in the ordinary course of business. Your onboarding process may include the use of tokens from online social media accounts which may include but are not limited to Facebook, Instagram, email accounts etc. Disclosure Of Your Personal Information During the course of the transaction, your information may be shared with third party providers who we will engage to create a better user experience, credit verification, recovery of outstandings in the unlikely event of default, transportation of payment and related online services. We are bound to disclose personal information in the ordinary course of business as detailed below: Enforcement of a court order- Includes but not limited to arbitration, task force, court tribunal, financial regulator, enforcement agency, exchange body, tax authority, or any other authority (including any authority investigating an offence) or their agents, or other parties with which the Nigerian government could have signed a treaty. Third parties offering facilitation services or business advisory services (tax and audit consultants, management consultants etc) and by extension their own staffs who may have been engaged by us. While trading in financial instruments like Bonds, Commercial Papers and other forms of financial instruments created to further liquidity including issuing of shares, recapitalisation.
